How early do I need to order?
We take orders up to two months in advance, so the earlier you submit your request, the more likely we will have the availability for you. Please allow a minimum of two weeks prior to your event.
Payment
Cookie orders are not final until the invoice is paid. Any changes made after payment will incur a fee. 50% deposit is due 48 hours after receiving the invoice in order to be confirmed and to reserve the date in our calendar. Balance is due two weeks before the date. The order is FINAL and non-refundable. Any requests for dates within 2 weeks window, a rush fee will be added.
Cookie ingredients/allergens
Cookies are our signature vanilla sugar cookie. Ingredients are: butter, sugar, eggs, flour, powdered sugar, meringue powder, salt, vanilla extract.
Allergens: WHEAT, EGGS, DAIRY, NUTS
We can accommodate some gluten friendly, dairy-free and vegan options by request and for an additional charge.
Cookie sizes and packaging
Standard cookie size is 3.5 to 4.5 inches. Cookies will be individually heat sealed for freshness.
Mini cookies are 2 to 2.5 inches and will be heat sealed in a package of 4 cookies.
Returns
Due to the custom nature of these items, we are not able to accept returns. Please email us with any errors in your order, and we will work with you to fix the issue.
Pickups/Delivery
All cookie orders must be picked up on the provided date and time.
Late pick ups will incur a fee.
We can deliver for an additional fee based on mileage.
Designs
No copyrighted images or duplicates of another baker’s creation will be accepted. We can use photos for reference and inspiration. Creative freedom is granted to design the cookie sets according to the theme and colors provided.
An inspiration photo of colors, decor and/or invitation are highly encouraged
Note: Cookies are made in-home under Florida’s cottage food law. My cottage food license is up to date, and I follow safe food handling guidelines.
